This session blends the grounding qualities of breath-centered movement with the warmth of shared community. Yusuf Erskine, D.O opens with gentle updates on the Central Chain course and guest planning before guiding participants into a deeply embodied yoga practice.
The flow emphasizes functional movement, mindful alignment, and physical awareness, moving through a range of seated and standing postures including forward folds, twists, rotations, and bridge pose. With clear, calming instruction, J helps participants tune into their bodies—softening tension and restoring balance from the pelvis to the spine.
Alongside movement, the session is layered with moments of stillness and guided meditation, inviting you to feel the pause between breaths and return home to yourself. A final relaxation and embodiment exercise rounds out the practice with peace and gratitude.
