This heart-centered session with Yusuf Erskine, D.O. is more than a yoga class—it’s a pause button for your nervous system and a reminder that healing lives in the present moment.
You’ll begin with grounding meditation and mindful breathwork, then move gently through a sequence of yoga poses focused on alignment, flexibility, and conscious movement. Yusuf guides each transition with care, reminding you to honor your limits, connect to your breath, and stay aware of your body’s messages.

Between stretches and stillness, Yusuf and students share thoughtful updates on their lives such as pcoming travels, medical procedures, and day-to-day reflections—from MRIs to fishing trips. It’s a moment of being seen and supported, wrapped in breath and movement.
