This heart-centered session began with technical hiccups and warm laughter as participants trickled in and got settled. Once the group gathered, Yusuf Erskine,D.O. officially opened the space—ushering in a grounding, deeply restorative yoga practice.

Neck, shoulders & upper back release with softening, rolling, and supported stretching

Spinal decompression using bridge pose variations and gentle leg lifts

Breath-guided motion, encouraging participants to slow down and fully inhabit each transition
