Inspiring Osteopathy Seminars: Encephalon Dynamics & Endocranial Spasms II
The Endocranial Spasms of Emotional Origin – Part 2
February 26 – March 1, 2026 at Four Points Sheraton, San Rafael, California.
Course Director: J.Yusuf Q. Erskine, D.O.
Special Guest: Philippe Druelle, D.O.
A Special Message from Philippe Druelle, D.O.
Welcome to the second part of the Endocranial course on the brain and emotional shocks. This fascinating course is a continuation of stage one on concussions. The course will enable you to assess and treat imprints and spasms caused by the impact of emotions and stress.
This course focuses on palpation and practice. We will work on the links between the brain and the target organs that show imbalance. We will also work mainly on the dynamics of fluids and liquids in living matter. This course will enable you to restore the relationship between biodynamics and biodynamics so that the brain can function normally again.
We will discuss bioenergy, which is key when the brain is able to autonomously create its own energy and health. Philippe Druelle, D.O will show you, using sound clinical methodology, how to help our patients reset.
Advance Your Osteopathic Mastery
This advanced seminar, taught by esteemed osteopath Philippe Druelle, D.O, is designed exclusively for practitioners who have completed Endocranial Spasms – Level 1. This course expands your understanding of the emotional origins of endocranial spasms, offering deep clinical insight, refined palpation guidance, and hands-on methods to treat the cerebral zones impacted by emotional shock. You will be immersed in a training environment grounded in precision, biodynamics, human physiology, and therapeutic transformation.
🔍 What You Will Learn
1. Understanding Emotional-Origin Spasms Differentiate emotional, physical, and transgenerational spasms Explore clinical signs, palpation differences, and therapeutic implications
2. Protocol Review & Advancement Review Protocol 1 (solid matter) Learn Protocol 2 (liquid/fluid levels) Learn Protocol 3 (electromagnetic fields) Apply new techniques through structured practice
3. The Phases of Emotional Spasms How emotional imbalance develops How cerebral density, vitality, and systemic activity shift Understanding reality distortion and loss of meaning Restoring clarity, function, and emotional stability
4. Clinical Examples & Case Integration Real-case demonstrations Guided practice with feedback
5. Decision, Awareness & Life Path How normalization brings insight How patients rediscover inner truth and purpose How osteopaths work with the patient’s true nature
6. Ventricular & Central Chain Work Lateral ventricles Third ventricle stages 2 & 3 Fluidic interventions
7. Human-Specific Cerebral Qualities Inspired by Nobel Laureate Sir John Eccles: Temporal organization Creative thought Free will & moral responsibility Explore cerebral zones responsible for these qualities through: Embryological dynamics 3D brain relationships Osteopathic hand work
8. Anatomy of Emotion-Related Structures Deep study & treatment of: Thalamus Limbic system Diencephalon Prefrontal cortex Hippocampus Amygdala Corpus callosum Locus coeruleus Spinothalamic tracts Cranial Nerve V
✨ What Makes This Seminar Essential
Emotional shocks can profoundly alter:
-
Autoregulation of metabolism
-
Hormonal stability
-
Cerebral circulation
-
Behavior, adaptation, and decision-making
-
Long-term systemic vitality
When these emotional imprints persist, they disrupt cerebral function and create chronic suffering.
This seminar teaches you how to identify, treat, and normalize these cerebral disturbances—helping patients regain clarity, balance, and emotional freedom.

Testimonials
I have known Philippe Druelle and Genevieve Forget for over 25 years and they are on my top list of most important teachers. Philippe is not only precise and clear as a teacher, but also we benefit from his creation and devotion to the Canadian schools of Osteopathy which he originated and continues to oversee.
Most importantly, beyond the organized depiction of an approach to the brain from multiple dimensions, in a palpable and expansive way; he consistently embodies the osteopathic work from whatever aspect of the spectrum between spirit, energy and physicality for me, in a way which is beyond any other teacher.
We have been blessed for so many years that his associate, Genevieve Forget teaches along with him. She not only carries the load of translation, at times, because of her familiarity taking leads in teaching along with Philippe, but also, she is an experienced an outstanding practitioner, great table trainer and innovator in her own right. She teaches regularly in Canada and Europe. She is going solo for this course of the quintessential osteopathy sequence, that is exciting!
I can’t recommend any of their courses higher, both from the perspective of a growing osteopath to learn and expand in thought; but also in learning new and practical approaches and considerations with application immediately in practice. This is a great opportunity for all of us to get an extended look at the work of Philippe and Genevieve over the next few years and I do look forward to seeing them on an ongoing basis in the Bay Area.
I am deeply grateful and feel fortunate to have been able to participate in osteopathic seminars with Genevieve Forget. In my experience, Genevieve is compassionate, clear, unbiased, vastly knowledgeable and humorous in her presentations. Her seminars have helped me personally and profoundly in my work as an U.S. osteopathic physician.
Last year in Montreal, I was able to attend her “Living Bioplasm” workshop where I was able to get a clearer and deeper understanding of the anatomy and palpatory experience of the different levels of manifestation of life: tissues, fluids, electric magnetic field, morphogenic field, Life field. And, how to recognize and treat dysfunction in them to assist in our work as Osteopaths.
I would highly recommend any seminar presented by Genevieve Forget; even if you have already taken one, there is always new material and a deeper understanding of one’s Self and living osteopathy.
