Despite the common experience of perceiving our human bodies as consisting of dense particulate matter: bones, muscles, connective tissue and organs, our bodies are actually predominantly a fluidic reality. It’s all a question of attunement to the multiple levels of our human being-ness!
In O.N.E. Yoga, we explore our somatic experience, moving consciously with our connective tissues, muscles, tendons, ligaments, and fascia. Based upon the body knowledge of hatha yoga, through the centuries of yogic transmission; we move our bodies through asanas (yogic poses) interfacing with our organs, vasculature and ANS and CNS nervous systems to promote optimal health.
Andrew Taylor Still MD DO, the founder of osteopathy refers to the TRIUNE Nature of the human being: Body, Mind, Spirit. With that understanding, O.N.E. Yoga is more than an effective therapeutic yogic exercise class; it is a pathway for enhancing our full embodiment as Health expressing bodies, with clear purposeful minds and opened hearts integrating to fulfill our individual destinies and contribute to the advancement of the human being potentialities.
O.N.E. Yoga: The Confluence of Osteopathy and Hatha Yoga Series, integrates Osteopathic Principles and Practices for health promotion with the embodying, Prana infused power of Hatha Yogic therapeutic exercises. Optimize your health expression!
